Mr. John Hiscock of Carbonear, who passed away peacefully at the age of 76 with his loving family by his side at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home on Thursday, February 2, 2012. He leaves to mourn his loving family: Loving Wife of 48 years: Janet; Daughters: Beverly (Shawn) Leybourne, Diane (Kevin) Parsons; Grandchildren: Tyler (Randi) Parsons, Devon Parsons, Brittany Leybourne & Chelsea Leybourne; Great Grand Daughter: Hailey Parsons; Sister: Margie (Harold) Hancock; Brothers-In-Law: Eli Dowden, , Nigel (Marguerite) Drover & Lloyd (Phyllis) Drover; Sister-In-Law: Jean (Guy) Chislette; Neices & Nephews. Predeceased By: Parents: Fred & Sarah Hiscock; Sisters: Ella Hiscock & Wilma Dowden; Brothers-in- Law: Bill (Violet) Drover, Llewelyn (Evelyn) Drover.
The funeral service will take place at Slade\'s Funeral Home, Carbonear with interment to follow at the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear, on Monday, February 6, 2012, 2 P.M.
The Family will be receiving relatives and friends at SLADE’S FUNERAL HOME POWELL DRIVE, CARBONEAR between the hours of Sunday: 2-5 P.M. & 7- 9:30 P.M. & Monday 10:30 A.M. - 12 Noon.
